Is this good for sensitive skin?

Yes, in fact all of our products are designed to help bring skin back to balance with restorative ingredients that calm, soothe & support while addressing common inflammation-related skin concerns like increased sensitivity.

Are there any products that should be used daytime or nightime only?

Each of our products is customizable to your unique skin needs but sometimes certain ingredients and textures are better suited for different time of the day. For example, lighter weight moisturizers like All Day Cream is a great daytime option (especially with all its supportive antioxidants) whereas Lights Out Cream is a richer, peptide-packed formula that some prefer in the evening. When using exfoliating products that include AHAs or BHA, we recommend those in the evening followed by SPF in the morning.

Is the Balancing Cleanser supposed to be so watery in texture?

Our Balancing Cleanser combines several lightweight hydrators, extracts, and floral waters rather than heavier moisturizing agents which is why you're feeling the consistency is a bit thinner than most gel cleansers - those often contain "thicker" ingredients which are great but can sometimes feel heavier on the skin. We wanted to ensure it got the job done (remove dirt, grime, impurities etc.) while rinsing clean and leaving you feeling refreshed!

Will these products improve signs of aging?

Yes! The Back to Basics set is packed with age-defying ingredients like Peptides, amino acids and lightweight hydrators to visibly improve the appearance of fine lines/wrinkles, uneven skin tone & texture and loss of elasticity while keeping skin's barrier functioning at its best.
