EXCHANGES
We want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied.

If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, we will gladly exchange the damaged or incorrect item for a replacement product of equal or lesser value or you can choose to receive a credit toward a future purchase at www.karunaskin.com

Damaged products or incorrectly shipped products will be exchanged at no additional cost to you as long as the exchange is handled within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

RETURNS
California State Law prohibits the return of certain items including goods which cannot be resold due to health considerations and/or goods not returned with their original package (Civil Code section 1723). Karuna Skin LLC accepts returns of unopened items purchased at www.karunaskin.com within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase at www.karunaskin.com  (such as the www.karunaskin.com confirmation email) must be presented in order to receive a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Refunds will be made in the amount of the purchase price, plus tax. Shipping can not be refunded.  

Returns of purchases made at third party retailers (locations other than www.karunaskin.com) must be handled by the retailer in which the purchase was made. Please refer to the third party retailer's return policies prior to purchase.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS
There are times the item you want is out of stock or on back order. In these rare circumstances, we will ship other items in your order first and ship the out of stock items when they arrive at our distribution center. Your credit card is charged at the time of order for the purchase including tax and shipping.

If you decide to cancel the out of stock item before it ships, please visit the My Account section at www.karunaskin.com to process the cancellation. Your credit card will be credited back the full amount.

WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECT
Karuna Skin LLC warrants that all products for direct sale at www.karunaskin.com are free of manufacturer’s defect at the time of purchase. In the event a product is defective, it may be exchanged within thirty (30) days of when it was shipped and replaced with an item of equal or lesser value.

REGULAR SHIPPING RATES
We charge a flat rate for USPS shipping before tax and shipping:

$7 via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time is between two to seven business days.

Flat rate shipping applies to orders shipped inside the continental USA. You may choose to upgrade shipping to UPS ground or air shipments.

Premium shipping is also available through UPS at these rates:

UPS Ground - $8
UPS 2nd Day - $15
UPS Overnight - $25

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt when made Monday-Friday by 5pm Eastern Time. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the nextbusiness day. Most orders will arrive within two to five business days using the U.S. Postal Service. Premium shipping is available for an additional charge.

ALASKA & HAWAII
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may be sent via UPS 2nd day rates. Unfortunately, free ground shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently internationally only to Canada. The shipping rate for Canadian orders is:

$15.00 via USPS International Priority Mail.

It may take six to 10 business days for the order to arrive after shipping from our warehouse.

UPS international shipping is not available at this time.

APO / FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
The U.S. Postal Service will deliver to APO/FPO addresses when this information is included:

· Service member’s name (“Any Service Member” is no longer permitted)
· Unit and APO/FPO/DPO address
· 9-digit zip code (if assigned)

SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS
Orders being delivered to a place of business must include the company name. Please enter a "Business Name" in the business name field when placing an order shipping to a commercially zoned business address.

TRACKING NUMBERS
When your order ships, an email will be sent to the email address on file with us. If you select a premium shipping service (such as UPS), a tracking number will also be provided.

Be sure to check your email spam folder in case it ends up there. If you did not receive an order number at the time of check out, you might not have finished and confirmed the order. If you do not receive an email order confirmation within 10 minutes of your order, contact us at  This email address is being protected from spambots. All of the information and formulas contained herewith are the exclusive property of Karuna Skin LLC. Any copying, distribution or duplication of this material is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Karuna Skin LLC.

REPRESENTATIONS
Karuna Skin LLC does not directly or indirectly make any representation concerning the use of these products in the treatment of diseases. This information has not been cleared by the food and drug administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All of the formulas contained herein are for skin care.
